What is Admin Assist?
Admin Assist is a premium ShiftKey feature that carries out your wishes automatically. Once you set your parameters, it keeps your schedule running smoothly without requiring any extra work. And it follows your rules 100% of the time.
How Admin Assist works
You tell Admin Assist your preferences on how to select professionals who bid on your shifts. Then it works tirelessly 24/7 on your behalf, filling your schedule so you can focus on other duties with confidence.
If you set it to accept requests from Favorites, it will only automatically accept shift requests from professionals you have marked as Favorites. You can also set it to accept independent professionals by Reliability Score: 90+, 80+ or 70+. Another option is to accept shift requests from all independent professionals (anyone), useful in cases where you need to fill shifts quickly.
Admin Assist helps make sure our residents are taken care of and admit more people who need our help. It’s also helping my team and me to feel less stressed, and I think it’s reducing burnout, too.
How to use Admin Assist
Here are some common goals Admin Assist users have:
Build a team of reliable independent professionals. With Admin Assist, you can target a Reliability Score that will help keep your shifts covered while ensuring the independent professionals you partner with meet your reliability standards.
Fill last-minute shifts fast. With Admin Assist set to “Anyone,” it’s easier to fill shifts less than 24 hours away.
Only fill shifts with known independent professionals. Using the Favorites Only setting ensures Admin Assist only schedules independent professionals you know. (This only works if you already have Favorites.)
