ShiftKey is an app that allows you to connect directly with facilities that have available RN shifts. You request shifts when and where you like, and you set the rate you prefer. Facilities can then accept your request. 

Here’s how to get started:  

1. Create your account 
2. Complete a federal background check 
3. Upload the required credentials

Once our team has verified your credentials, you’ll be able to bid on shifts in NJ and more than 430 markets nationwide if you have the required credentials. 

Because NJ is part of the Nurse Licensure Compact, you may also be able to get a multistate license that simplifies the credentialing process throughout the U.S. (Hello, travel opportunities!)

You choose from three convenient options:  

1. Money lands in your ShiftKey Wallet account moments after your invoice is approved.*
2. Instant payments go to your preferred existing debit card for added convenience.**
3. Payments arrive in your bank account each week with direct deposit. 

*Timing of payments may vary based on invoice approvals and are subject to a $2.95 fee per payment from ShiftKey. Manual review of an invoice usually takes <24 hours but can take up to a week. Once your invoice is approved, we can start processing your payment.
