ShiftKey gives CNAs and other independent healthcare professionals a direct way to connect with facilities that need coverage—without intermediaries (like agencies) or rigid schedules. 

Once your credentials are verified, you can bid on shifts that fit your life and set your preferred rate. Facilities can then accept your bid when it matches their needs. You will be providing services as an independent contractor on the platform and not as an employee of ShiftKey or any healthcare facility on the platform.

To start using ShiftKey:

1. Create your account 
2. Complete a federal background check 
3. Upload required credentials

We give you options when it comes to receiving payments, and we handle all the backend details:  

1. ShiftKey Wallet: Receive payment immediately after your invoice is approved.*
2. Existing debit card: Have your payments sent to your existing debit card as soon as your invoice is approved.** 
3. Direct deposit: Choose to get payments weekly, deposited directly in your bank account. 

*Timing of payments may vary based on invoice approvals and are subject to a $2.95 fee per payment from ShiftKey. Manual review of an invoice usually takes <24 hours but can take up to a week. Once your invoice is approved, we can start processing your payment.
