ShiftKey is an app that CNAs and other independent healthcare professionals use to connect directly with facilities that need help. 

Once your credentials have been verified, you’ll be able to request shifts when and where you like. You’ll also set the rate you prefer. Facilities can then accept your request if it works for them. 

We’re live in more than 430 markets throughout the nation, making it easy for you to bid on shifts wherever you are if you have the required credentials. 

Getting started is simple: 

1. Create your account 
2. Complete a federal background check 
3. Upload your credentials

You choose from three convenient options:  

1. ShiftKey Wallet: Your payment lands in your account right after your invoice is approved.*
2. Existing debit card: Get paid right after your invoice is approved—your money goes to your preferred debit card.** 
3. Direct deposit: Payments arrive in your bank account each week. 

*Timing of payments may vary based on invoice approvals and are subject to a $2.95 fee per payment from ShiftKey. Manual review of an invoice usually takes <24 hours but can take up to a week. Once your invoice is approved, we can start processing your payment.
